What is Pain Management?
Pain is a significant challenge affecting patients recovering from surgery, chronic illness, or injury. Effective pain management improves patient comfort, enhances mobility, and accelerates healing.
At SurgiPartner, we specialize in Cryoanalgesia (Cryoneurolysis) — a revolutionary, minimally invasive procedure that provides safe, drug-free, and long-lasting pain relief.
Our approach integrates advanced medical technology, expert clinicians, and compassionate care to deliver precision-driven pain management solutions.
What is Cryoanalgesia?
Cryoanalgesia is a therapeutic pain management technique involving the temporary interruption of pain signals using low temperatures. The CRYO-S Painless system targets pain-conducting nerve fibers precisely while preserving overall nerve structure. It is a drug-free, innovative solution for chronic or treatment-resistant pain.
How It Works – Mechanism of Action
- Targets large myelinated sensory and mixed nerves.
- Creates an ice ball that destroys axons and myelin (Wallerian degeneration).
- Supportive structures like Schwann cells and nerve sheaths remain intact.
- Allows safe nerve regeneration without neuroma formation.
Sensory nerve regeneration: ~1 mm/day. Full recovery within 6–12 months, providing long-lasting relief.

Cryoanalgesia
Cryoanalgesia enables an effective fight against postoperative and chronic pain. It is a peripheral nerve freezing procedure that effectively reduces pain, at the same time decreasing the need for strong painkillers.
Cryosurgery
Cryosurgery is an effective method of treating lesions without the need to remove them. It uses low temperatures to cause many physiological effects influencing the healing processes.
